On Sunday, June 9, we invite you to join us for the 3rd edition of our Family 5km Walkathon in support of Mental Health, taking place at Centennial Park in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.

Demand for mental health services in our community has drastically increased over the past few years. People are seeking help for anxiety, depression, and trauma more than ever. In 2023 alone, Lakeshore General Hospital treated over 1,200 people for mental health issues.

Join us and our emcee Cousin Vinny from Virgin Radio, for an event to support those in our community who are suffering and seeking help. Not only will you enjoy a nice walk around the lake, but we will also have pizza from Nick & Neall’s and Pickrell’s Ice Cream for purchase, music and free activities for the kids from Kelitos Sports!
