In its decision, the government requested the creation of a Liaison Committee composed of representatives of Hydro-Québec and the City of Dollard-Des-Ormeaux to improve the project. The committee met about fifteen times. Discussions focused on the configuration of the future substation to maintain a buffer zone between the substation and residents' properties, the type and number of towers in the right-of-way and their positioning in the line right-of-way, and landscaping in the hydroelectric corridor. |
