As Director of the City Clerk’s Office, Legal Affairs and Communications Department, you are recognized as an inspiring, proactive and strategic person. In line with the strategic objectives established by general management, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, coordinating and assessing all activities relating to the major disciplines of your service. Your mandate will be to act as a change agent in order to mobilize your team and the teams of all City services in the context of the redesign of the intranet and the development and implementation of a new integrated document and information management system for the City. This large-scale project aims to strengthen collaborative relationships between departments while protecting personal information and continuing to provide exceptional service to citizens.

2022 salary scale from $102,510 to $133,263
