Finally, please note that the information presented will also be available for later viewing on the City’s website starting the week of June 24, along with a questionnaire that will be available until July 1.

Following the Open House on April 4 and 6, 2024, the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux would like to invite its residents to a discussion session on the Marché de l’Ouest. In response to a request from Council, this meeting continues the participatory process and aims to further explore the issue and gather your ideas.

Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 7 p.m.

Banquet Hall – Entrance #5 of the Civic Centre

12001 Boul.de Salaberry, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, H9B 2A7.

Please note that no projects will be presented at this session, as the aim is to hold discussions in order to define what the terms of a future redevelopment of the area might be. The Marché-de-l’Ouest has been identified as one of the sectors with potential for transformation in the preliminary orientations of the draft Urban Planning Program that were unveiled to the entire city in March 2024. We encourage you to consult all preliminary orientations by viewing this presentation : The Revision of the Urban Planning Programme: Preliminary Proposals (part 2) (youtube.com)
