The 211 complete service has now been launched throughout the entirety of the Greater Montreal metropolitan community.

What is the 211 service?

211 is a service which guides users towards social and community resources. It is free, bilingual, and open every day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. It also promotes community organizations. It is managed by the Information and Referral Centre of Greater Montreal.

The service’s website provides users with a search engine for social and community services, a multilingual help service, a PDF directory for resources, and other tools to help the residents of DDO as well as any of the other cities and boroughs in the Greater Montreal metropolitan community.
