Reconstruction of Saint-Jean Boulevard

The City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux and Énergir will work together and simultaneously to optimize the coordination, duration and cost of reconstruction work on Saint-Jean Boulevard. The work includes the improvement of the natural gas distribution network and the reconstruction of the sidewalks and roadway on southbound Saint-Jean Boulevard between Shakespeare and Labrosse.

Work will begin on June 11 and end on August 31 (modified date)during which time closures and detours will be in effect. As of June 18, the west side of the boulevard between Shakespeare and Labrosse will be closed and the traffic lanes will be reconfigured on the east side of the boulevard. During morning rush hour, there will be two lanes in the southbound direction and one lane in the northbound direction. For the afternoon rush hour, there will be one lane in the southbound direction and two lanes in the northbound direction.



Left hand turns on Saint-Jean Boulevard at the intersections of Lake/Westminster, De Salaberry, Blue Haven, Devon and Labrosse will not be permitted. The plans below show the detours.
