The Aquatic Centre’s fitness room is equipped with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment including stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair masters, weight machines and free weights.
To use the fitness room, citizens either pay per visit, purchase a 10 pass card, or sign up for a membership, valid for 1,3, 6 or 12 months. It is mandatory that residents of Dollard-des-Ormeaux show proof of address to benefit from the reduced rate.
Please note that the fitness room is reserved to those aged 18 years and over.

For the first time ever, we are offering group fitness classes during the summer in our air-conditioned studio. Please consult schedule below. This class is for people looking for a challenge while being motivated at the same time. This fun, easy to follow class puts the emphasis on strengthening muscles and improving balance and stability.
Cardio warm-up, muscle conditionig and core training. Strenghten and tone your upper and lower body using free weights, bands, balls and steps.
This class will surely challenge your cardiovascular capacity, while toning your core muscles. This intermediate/advanced workout combines 45 minutes of cardiovascular conditionning followed by 15 minutes of core training.
This class mixes cardio exercises that burn fat with toning exercises that strengthen muscle. The perfect combination!
This fun, silly and soothing class introduces yoga ad mindfulness in a playful way. Expect to roar like a lion, wag your doggy tail, laugh in a partner pose, and move your body in fun and challenging ways! We will use yoga poses and creative movement to go on adventures, and we'll learn strategies to calm our bodies and minds. This is a parent ( or grandparent/caregiver) participating class.
Fit for me
Lighter impact full body workout designed with you in mind. This fun, easy to follow cardio and toning classes offers different levels and options to welcome new, seasoned and 50+ participants who wish to exercise safely and maintain good health.
This class involves repeated short period of intense activity followed by varied recovery. Each workout is unique and challenging while being fun and rewarding.
Mom and Baby Fitness
(Baby 2-18 months)
Low intensity core focused workout that will leave you feeling stronger, yet relaxed. We will go through a series of core rebuilding exercises and focus on total body strengthening. Designed for all fitness levels, this class will slow things down while building your core strength.
