Let’s celebrate International Yoga Day, on Sunday June 21, with a series of free, community-focused yoga sessions for all, organized by Go DDO Initiative.<\/p>

Free t-shirts<\/u><\/strong> will be distributed to participants 15-30 minutes before each session, with priority given to those who registered.\u00a0<\/p>

Outdoor Yoga at DDO Park<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Start your morning in the fresh air and natural beauty of DDO Park with two rejuvenating sessions:\u00a0<\/p>

Yoga for All Levels \u2013 10:00 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

This is a general introduction to yoga class. Yoga\u2019s benefits integrate creative relaxation, emotional awareness and playful poses for dynamic movement to connect the body & mind. No yoga experience is required.\u00a0<\/p>

Family Yoga \u2013 11:00 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

Yoga classes designed for the whole family to be beneficial to all ages. Accessible to both kids & adult beginners: no yoga experience is required. Postures can be modified as needed for parents with newborns. Yoga has been shown to provide a supportive and welcoming environment to help parents be more connected to themselves and their child.\u00a0<\/p>

Indoor Accessible Yoga at the Civic Centre<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Prefer to practice indoors or need adapted options? We\u2019ve got you covered at the Civic Centre (Banquet Hall):\u00a0<\/p>

Chair \/ Gentle Yoga \u2013 10:00 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

This session is designed for individuals who prefer practicing yoga indoors. Bring your own mat or take advantage of the many chairs available in the banquet hall for a gentle chair yoga experience. Whether you choose mat or a chair, the instructor will guide you through relaxing, adapted yoga poses suitable for all comfort levels.\u00a0<\/p>

All sessions are free \u2013 just bring your yoga mat and water bottle! Let\u2019s move, breathe, and celebrate wellness together !\u00a0<\/p>
