on the territory of the municipality on polling day and have resided in Qu\u00e9bec for at least six\u00a0months;<\/li><li>not have lost your right to vote due to tutorship;<\/li><li>not have been convicted of a corrupt electoral practice in the last five years.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2322\"><p>To be a non-domiciled elector eligible to vote, you must :<\/p><ul><li>be a natural person;<\/li><li>be 18\u00a0years of age or older on polling day, and a Canadian citizen;<\/li><li>not have lost your right to vote due to tutorship;<\/li><li>not have been convicted of a corrupt electoral practice in the last five years;<\/li><li>have been, for at least 45\u00a0days from polling day, on or before September\u00a018, 2025, the owner of an immovable or the occupant of a business establishment located on the territory of the municipality;<\/li><li>be entered on the list of electors:<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Non-domiciled persons, <strong>sole owners of an immovable or sole occupants of a business<\/strong> establishment located on the territory of the municipality, must submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/ville.ddo.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Application-for-registration-on-the-list-of-electors-or-the-referendum-list-SMR-9.2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">form provided by the municipality<\/a> requesting that their name be added to the list of electors.<\/p><p>Non-domiciled persons, <strong>co-owners of an immovable or co-occupants of a business<\/strong> establishment, must designate from among themselves, by means of a power of attorney sent to the municipality, only one person who may be entered on the list of electors and transmit the <a href=\"https:\/\/ville.ddo.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Power-of-attorney-for-registration-on-the-list-of-electors-or-the-referendum-list-SMR-9.1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">form provided by the municipality<\/a> requesting that this person&#8217;s name be added to the list of electors.<\/p><h3><strong>Forms<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p><a data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>You will receive a notice identifying all the electors entered on the electoral list at your address. <strong>If you are not entered on the electoral list, or if you notice an error, you may make an application for entry, striking or correction before the board of revisors.<\/strong><\/p><p>In the case of an application for entry concerning a person domiciled in the territory of the municipality, the applicant must indicate the former address of the domicile of the person whose entry is requested and must present two documents, one of which indicates the name and date of birth, and the other the name and address of the domicile of the person whose entry is requested.<\/p><p>The list of electors will be available for consultation and the <strong>applications for entry (domiciled electors only), striking, or correction may be submitted to the board of revisors<\/strong> at the dates and at the place indicated under the section <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ville.ddo.qc.ca\/en\/my-city\/elections\/important-dates\/\">Important aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1261\"><p>You may participate in the mobile polling station (BVI) if you are in one of the following two situations:<\/p><ul><li>you live in one of the private seniors&#8217; residences listed in the register established under the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cs\/G-1.021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system<\/a> (chapter G-1.021)<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p>or<\/p><ul><li>you are an elector unable to move about for health reasons (as well as your caregiver domiciled in the same polling subdivision and present when the BVI is present).<\/li><\/ul><p>To obtain the right to participate in the mobile polling station, the elector or caregiver must make a <strong>request, verbally or in writing, to the Office of the Returning Officer, <\/strong>within the prescribed time limits:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">12001, De Salaberry Blvd.<br \/>Dollard-des-Ormeaux (Quebec) H9B 2A7<br \/>514-684-1010<\/p><p>Mobile voting will be held by <strong>appointment only (October 28 to 29)<\/strong>, according to the schedule determined by the elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1262\"><p>Those who are unable to cast their ballot on advance polling day on October\u00a026 or on polling day on November\u00a02, and who are not eligible for mobile voting, may vote at Dollard-des-Ormeaux City Hall, 12001\u00a0De Salaberry Blvd., <strong>on October 24, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1263\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\"
