Property assessment notices for the 2026-2027-2028 period were mailed out in November 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50b6b1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50b6b1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What is an Notice of assessment?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-694d42c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"694d42c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Notice of assessment <span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">is not an invoice<\/span>. It is a document which contains important information for the owner about thier property.<\/p><p>The value listed on the roll corresponds to the property\u2019s actual market value \u2014 the most probable price on an open and competitive market \u2014 based on market conditions as of July 1, 2024. Unless changes are made to the property, this value will remain the same for the three years of the roll.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2be3be2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2be3be2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div assessment?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14cf04a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14cf04a\"
