It is a document which contains important information for the owner about thier property.<\/p><p>The value listed on the roll corresponds to the property\u2019s actual market value \u2014 the most probable price on an open and competitive market \u2014 based on market conditions as of July 1, 2024. Unless changes are made to the property, this value will remain the same for the three years of the roll.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section
