These meetings offered the public the opportunity to submit their briefs and comments on these important projects. In my opinion the new property value has to surpass the actual evaluation. Il faudrait mettre un espace minimum raisonnable entre l&#8217;\u00e9difice et la rue.<\/em><\/p><p><em>L&#8217;\u00e9difice pr\u00e9sentement en construction sur Brunswick, coin D&#8217;Avignon est un exemple d&#8217;un \u00e9difice beaucoup trop haut et dense compar\u00e9 \u00e0 ses voisins. De plus il est trop coll\u00e9 sur la route, cela donne une impression d&#8217;encore plus haut et c&#8217;est \u00e9touffant!<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00c0 noter, que ces appartements n&#8217;ont pas respect\u00e9 l&#8217;entente d&#8217;offrir des logement &#8220;abordables&#8221;. Je suis all\u00e9 aux portes ouvertes et la repr\u00e9sentante n&#8217;avait aucune id\u00e9e de quoi je parlais. Alors, soit qu&#8217;elle \u00e9tait mal inform\u00e9e ou soit ils n&#8217;offrent aucuns logement abordables&#8230;<\/em><\/p><p><em>Autre probl\u00e8me&#8230;La hauteur de 8 \u00e9tages pour remplacer un petit centre-d &#8216;achat sur Sunnybrooke qui est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de petits blocs appartements de 2 ou 3 \u00e9tages&#8230;Cette nouvelle construction ne devrait pas exc\u00e9der 5 \u00e9tages pour respecter le 2 \u00e9tages de plus que leurs voisins.<\/em><\/p><p><em>De plus, il faudrait plus de stationnement. Personne ne veut attendre l&#8217;autobus ou utiliser son v\u00e9lo par -40C! Faire son \u00e9picerie sans voiture, travailler en autobus pour se rendre \u00e0 l&#8217;a\u00e9roport ou dans l&#8217;ouest de l&#8217;ile n&#8217;est pas pratique dans la banlieue. Et les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ne prendront pas l&#8217;autobus&#8230;<\/em><\/p><p><em>Voil\u00e0 mes suggestions. Looking at the cultural and art events in DDO\u00a0 civic center could be examined more closely with this in mind.\u00a0 Could there be game nights like cards, discussion groups or the like in the evenings after work to help decrease loneliness? Rooms are not available unless yiu are a non profit organization..
