Reception rooms are available for rent, at competitive prices, to companies, organizations, associations and individuals wishing to hold family, social events or conferences. All our rooms are wheelchair-accessible and air-conditioned. Finally, promoting your services or doing any other lucrative-oriented activities is not permitted in our rooms.

Banquet hall

This hall is perfect for a wedding, anniversary, office party, convention, exhibition, show or training seminars. The maximum capacity of this room is three hundred (300) people or two hundred (200) seated people. It features a dance floor, a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The rentals includes tables, chairs and a portable bar; you must make outside arrangements if you require a caterer, tablecloths, tableware, a sound system and microphone, etc. A cloak room is also available for your guests.

Please note that a deposit of $300 is necessary and that the hall closes at 1:00 a.m.

Reception hall - Not available (work in progress)

This hall is perfect for an anniversary, office party, wedding, convention, exhibition or training seminars. The maximum capacity is 120 seated people or 150 standing people attending a conference. It features a dance floor,  a kitchen with an oven (oven not available until further notice), a micro-wave oven, a refrigerator and a dishwater. The rental includes tables and chairs; you must make outside arrangements if you require a caterer, tablecloths, tableware, a sound system and microphone, etc. A cloakroom is also available for your guests.

Park View hall

With its large windows and mezzanine, this hall is ideal for catered events such as a cocktail party, anniversary, wedding, office party and more. The maximum capacity is 64 seated people or 100 standing people attending a conference or a cockail party. This hall is ideal for a party which requires catering. It is equipped with a kitchen and includes a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A terrace is also available from May to September. The rental includes tables and chairs; you must make outside arrangements if you require a caterer, tablecloths, tableware, a sound system and microphone, etc.

Multimedia hall

This hall is ideal for a training session, a congress or a conference. The maximum capacity is fifty (50) seated people. Tables and chairs are available to meet your needs. There are also a white dry erase board, a projector and a souond system connected to the projector. You must, however, provide your own laptop, extensions, HDMI cable and your dry erase markers. For meal services, the Park View hall should be considered instead.

The hall closes at 11 p.m.

Conference rooms

 The rooms may accomodate up to 30 people. Tables and chairs are available within for your use. Consumption of food or beverages within conference rooms in strictly forbidden.
