The City offers residents the opportunity to rent its halls for family events, such as weddings, birthdays, family gatherings or other occasions. Businesses, organizations and associations can also rent our halls for non-profit activities, such as conferences, training sessions, office parties, cocktail evenings and more. All our rooms are wheelchair accessible. The rooms are also air-conditioned.
Banquet hall
This room has a maximum capacity of 200 people for a sit-down dinner (8 chairs per table) and 300 people for a conference (chairs only). The size of the dance floor depends on the equipment installed in the room.
The hall has an adjacent kitchen with oven, commercial refrigerator and dishwasher.
Reservations include tables, chairs and a portable bar; you’ll need to call in outside services if you require catering, tablecloths, dishes, a sound system, a microphone or other similar items. A cloakroom is also available for your guests.
Please note that a deposit of $300 is necessary and that the hall closes at 1:00 a.m.

Park View hall
This room has a maximum capacity of 64 people for a seated dinner (8 chairs per table) and 100 people for a cocktail-style setting (cocktail tables only). A terrace is available from May to September only.
The room is equipped with a small kitchen on the mezzanine with microwave, residential refrigerator and dishwasher. Reservations include tables and chairs; external services must be arranged if you require catering, tablecloths, dishes, a sound system, a microphone or other similar items.

Multimedia hall
This room is permanently set up as a classroom. It includes tables and chairs for 48 participants. It is equipped with an erasable whiteboard, a projector and a sound system connected to the projector. You’ll need to bring your laptop, extension cords, HDMI cable and erasable pencil for the board. Small snacks are permitted, but for meals or dinner services, you may want to consider reserving the Park View Hall.
The hall closes at 11 p.m.
