Possible delays in collection services

The City would like to inform residents that delays may occasionally occur during the collection of waste, recyclables, or organic materials. These delays can be caused by various factors, including mechanical breakdowns of collection trucks, staff shortages, or adverse weather conditions.

If your collection was not completed on the scheduled date, please wait until the end of the collection day, after 6 p.m.

If your bin or bags have not been picked up by 6 p.m., please leave them at the curb, as the service provider will continue the collection the following morning starting at 7 a.m., until completion.
