A new provider, Services Ricova, will be collecting waste and organic materials in Dollard-des-Ormeaux from June1.
Some people are getting used to a routine of routes and times when the truck passes on their street, but as this is a new company, collection routes may change and therefore the time of passage may no longer be the same. That is why we recommend that residents place their brown bin and garbage at the curb before 7 a.m. on collection day, or after 7 p.m. the day before.
If your address has been forgotten on a street, please contact the Public Works Department at 514 684-1034. Our customer service department will contact the contractor, who will have to pay special attention to this address during his next collection and ensure that the materials are collected properly.
Things to remember:
- As of June1, 2024, waste and organic materials collection will be handled by Services Ricova.
- No change to collection days.
- Collection will continue to take place between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on collection day.
