Tribute to former City Councillor Glenn Edward Cuggy

It is with sadness that we learned of the passing of former City Councillor Glenn Edward Cuggy, on December 25, 2025. Following his election in January 1985, Mr. Cuggy served our community with dedication until the end of his term in October 1994.

“Although I did not serve alongside him, I thank him for his time in office and the impact he had during his years of service. On behalf of the residents of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, I extend my condolences to his family, friends, and all those who were affected by his passing. Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time”, expressed Mayor Alex Bottausci.
