Access the Voilà! portal for the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux.

Click on “Register”.

Create your user account.

Add your property using your address or the 18-digit file number found on your 2026 paper bill.

Link your user account to your property using the account number and the amount of the first instalment shown on your 2026 paper bill.
Access your account
Once your account is created and your property is linked, simply enter your username and password under “Sign in” to access your online account.
