👉 For your payments: it remains your responsibility to ensure they reach us on time. To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to use alternative methods:
- In person at City Hall (payment by cheque, debit, or cash)
- Online through your financial institution
👉 For documents you are expecting from us (cheques, permits, etc.): if you are concerned about postal delays, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In some cases, it may be possible to pick up your documents directly at City Hall.
