The Aquatic Centre’s fitness room is equipped with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment including stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair masters, weight machines and free weights.
To use the fitness room, citizens either pay per visit or sign up for a membership, valid for 6 or 12 months. It is mandatory that residents of Dollard-des-Ormeaux show proof of address to benefit from the reduced rate.
Please note that the fitness room is reserved to those aged 18 years and over.

An extreme workout comprised of exercises to meet your cardiovascular and muscular potential.
This class is for people looking for a challenge while being motivated at the same time. This fun, easy to follow class puts the emphasis on strengthening muscles and improving balance and stability.
This class will surely challenge your cardiovascular capacity, while toning your core muscles. This intermediate workout combines 45 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning followed by 15 minutes of core training.

Lighter impact full body workout designed with you in mind. This fun, easy to follow cardio and toning classes offers different levels and options to welcome new, seasoned and 50+ participants who wish to exercise safely and maintain good health.
