As a technology leader, you will be responsible for evolving a high-performing, secure, and innovative environment. You will actively contribute to the implementation of best practices in technology management, cybersecurity and resource optimization.

Reporting to the Director, you will act as an expert in infrastructure and IT security, while maintaining continuous technology monitoring to anticipate challenges and seize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evolve best practices in governance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management by recommending innovative, high-performing, and secure solutions
• Plan and coordinate all activities related to information technology
• Supervise the white-collar staff under your responsibility
• Optimize best practices in cybersecurity and security management
• Propose technological solutions tailored to organizational needs
• Work closely with teams and users to successfully deliver a variety of impactful and strategic projects
• Develop and recommend technology solution scenarios, including cost-benefit analysis
• Manage vendors and IT outsourcing contracts, aligning deliverables with organizational priorities
• Ensure performance, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure and equipment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• Manage the budget rigorously by maximizing investments and controlling costs.
