The City would like to inform residents that delays may occasionally occur during the collection of waste, recyclables, or organic materials. These delays can be caused by various factors, including mechanical breakdowns of collection trucks, staff shortages, or adverse weather conditions.
If your collection was not completed on the scheduled date, please wait until the end of the collection day, after 6 p.m.
If your bin or bags have not been picked up by 6 p.m., please leave them at the curb. A corrective collection will be made the following morning starting at 7 a.m.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. These measures allow our contractors to complete their collection routes as quickly as possible and ensure that service is maintained for the entire community.
